Methodology

  • Waterfall
    The Waterfall method is a sequential project lifecycle based on in most cases on progressive stages until delivery is reached. KeyUA use the Prince2 Methodology to manage these projects although we will commonly adopt clients internal Project Management Methodologies. 
  • Agile
    Agile methods are a family of development processes, which include SCRUM and XP, this model requires a lot of interactions between the client and the developers in a regular bases.
    The adoption of an Agile method dose not remove documentation and detailed testing.
